Visual Studio 2008 에서 cmd.exe를 찾을 수 없어서 열지 못하는 것
메뉴 -> 도구 -> 옵션 -> 프로젝트 & 솔루션 -> VC++ Directory
$(SystemRoot)\System32 를 추가
